DJs Contract Template

Who doesn’t love a wedding disco? It’s the end of the day, the heels have been kicked off, the bride’s hair do is getting dishevelled and it’s a competition of the Dad dances. Everyone’s having a great time – it’s the feel good moment of the wedding day. These days, wedding discos are a carefully orchestrated affair – many couples ask guests to provide their favourite songs to compile a bespoke playlist, at the very least song choices are a reflection of the happy couple’s taste in music.

Nine times out of ten, the wedding disco goes smoothly to plan and everyone has a great time. But there are times when contracts are needed to stipulate what should happen if anything does go wrong – think anti-social behaviour of guests, a power outage, technical problems or perhaps the DJ can’t attend for reasons like illness or personal circumstances. In these situations, a robust set of terms and conditions for wedding DJs will clarify who’s responsible and what happens.

Our contract template for wedding DJs sets out the agreement clearly, explains cancellation terms for wedding discos and lets customers know exactly where they stand in all possible scenarios, giving clarity to both parties in a fair and reasonable way. This can avoid disco disputes that are a time drain, not to mention unpleasant!
