The Covid 19 pandemic has resulted in pretty awful times for wedding suppliers. The CMA investigation has caused a great deal of difficulty for suppliers managing complaints and refund requests. Many are trying hard to deal fairly with couples asking for refunds and sometimes challenging their T&C’s based on the CMA’s report.
Couples have access to consumer protection and resources to tell them what kinds of questions to be asking. SGOL have realised that wedding suppliers don’t have the same help readily available, so we have come up with a series of email templates for wedding suppliers to ‘level the playing field’ and hopefully assist those that are feeling swamped with queries and questions.
